Details

The Catnic Heavy Duty Cavity Wall Lintel CH50/125 1800mm is engineered for builders and contractors who demand strength and longevity in cavity wall construction. Ideal for use where inner leaf thickness ranges between 125 and 140mm, this lintel supports heavy loads while improving thermal efficiency thanks to its built-in damp proof course and corrosion-resistant coatings. Please note the lintel is supplied as shown; images are for illustration purposes only.

Application

This lintel is designed for use in cavity wall builds with a cavity width of 50 to 65mm and an outer leaf of 100 to 105mm. It’s particularly suited to projects requiring heavy-duty support such as structural openings in brick or block walls, where durability and thermal performance are essential. The integrated DPC eliminates the need for additional damp-proofing measures, saving time and reducing risk of cold bridging on site.
