As each query is unique, the pricing for shipping depends on factors like location, product, and the chosen shipping method. Rest assured, all prices will be accurately calculated at the checkout, ensuring transparency and convenience for your specific order.

At the checkout, there is the option to select a preferred delivery date when completing your order. We will always endeavour to deliver on the date selected, however we cannot guarantee availability from the manufacturer or the manufacturer’s delivery schedules. Our sales team will reach out directly to coordinate a suitable time if the preferred date cannot be adhered to.

All orders will be delivered kerbside as standard. We work to high safety specifications and do not advise drivers to go beyond the kerb when delivering any of our stock. Please contact us if you have any concerns regarding your kerbside delivery.

The purchaser must inform us of any shortages within 48 hours of delivery, proof of this must be written on the paperwork at time of delivery. Collected orders will be free of additional charge. All orders must be signed for on delivery. An additional charge will be made if orders must be redelivered. If delivery is deferred, then you may incur charges for storage. Where goods are returned a restocking fee of 25% of the sales value will be payable. Please note that carriage will not be refunded. No made to measure products will be refunded. The purchaser must ensure that there is reasonable access to the delivery site. If this is not available an additional charge may be made.
