Statement:

We are writing to inform you that, due to ongoing conflict in the Middle East and its impact on UK fuel prices, we will be introducing a fuel surcharge on all delivered orders with immediate effect.

Recent disruption to global supply chains has resulted in significant volatility in fuel costs, and like many UK businesses, we are experiencing substantial increases from our fuel suppliers. To ensure we can continue to provide a reliable delivery service without compromising the high standards you expect from us, a variable fuel surcharge will now apply to all deliveries carried out by our own fleet across our branch network.

This surcharge will be reviewed and adjusted weekly, in line with supplier pricing. Our aim is to remain transparent and fair — the charge will increase or decrease with actual fuel cost movements, rather than being fixed or inflated.
