Details

The Catnic Arch Centre is a specialist PVC-u arch unit designed to provide permanent centring when constructing segmental brick arches over openings in external cavity walls. Ideal for builders and contractors working on both traditional masonry and timber frame projects, this product ensures accurate, reliable arch formation with weather-resistant properties. Please note, the Arch Centre must be used according to lintel specifications and is supplied as a single unit suitable for openings with a tolerance of ±25mm.

Application

This Arch Centre is specifically engineered for use over window and door openings in external cavity walls, offering a stable and reusable centring formwork for bricklayers. Its integral weep vent system effectively channels wind-driven rainwater away from the cavity, preventing moisture build-up. Suitable for both new builds and renovation projects, it simplifies the construction of segmental brick arches, saving time on site and improving structural consistency.
