Please note, lintels should be propped during installation to maintain build safety and speed.

Application

This lintel is suited for cavity walls with wide inner leaf blockwork measuring 125-150mm, commonly found in commercial and high-spec residential developments. Its extra heavy duty design ensures it can carry significant loads over door and window openings, providing confidence in long-term structural integrity. Builders should ensure blockwork does not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm and place a mortar bed on top of the blockwork before laying floor units to evenly distribute the load.
