Details

The QIC YAS21 Ceiling Trim is a specialist aluminium profile crafted for professional builders and contractors working on suspended ceiling installations. This 3000mm long trim in clean white RAL 9010 finish provides a precise junction detail between tegular mineral fibre ceilings and adjacent plasterboard areas, ensuring a refined and consistent finish. Application

Ideal for use in conventional dry lining and ceiling systems, the YAS21 trim enables efficient and tidy transitions between suspended ceilings and plasterboard surfaces. It suits projects involving metal stud or timber frameworks, supporting single or multiple plasterboard layers. The trim enhances the aesthetic appeal of suspended ceiling installations but is not intended to bear structural loads. Proper support from structural members is essential, with vertical studs recommended at a maximum of 600mm centres. This trim is perfect for contractors aiming to deliver high-quality, reliable finishes on commercial or residential projects.
