The Keystone CFS/K-70 WIL 900mm lintel is engineered for extra heavy duty cavity wall applications, specifically designed to support wide inner leaf blockwork. It’s the reliable choice for builders, contractors, and site managers working on substantial structural openings where strength and precision matter. Please note, inner leaf blocks should not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm, and lintels should be propped during installation to maintain build integrity.

Application

This cavity wall lintel is commonly used in construction projects requiring strong, durable support over doorways, windows, and other openings where the cavity width ranges from 70 to 85mm. It is ideal for inner leaf blockwork between 125 and 150mm wide, providing a robust bearing surface that helps distribute loads evenly. Builders should ensure blockwork is built tight against the inner face of the lintel, with a mortar bed placed on top of the blocks before laying floor units to optimise load distribution.
