The QIC R25 Drylining Trim in white RAL 9010 is a specialist aluminium profile designed for trade professionals needing precise and durable reveal details in dry lining projects. Supplied in 3000mm lengths, this trim is perfect for contractors and site managers aiming to deliver clean, professional finishes around suspended ceilings, door and window frames, and floor skirtings. Please note, all items come standard in white; other finishes are available upon request.

Application

This trim is primarily used to form horizontal or vertical reveals where dry lining abuts architectural features such as ceilings, doors, windows, and skirting boards. It is compatible with single or multiple layers of plasterboard, supported by metal or timber stud frameworks, making it versatile for partition and drywall systems. Although it can be curved within limits, it is not intended to provide structural support but to enhance the appearance and detail of dry lining installations.

Type

Drylining trim – reveal profile

All trims are supplied pre-punched with diagonal fixing slots and holes in the plastering fin for efficient fixing with drywall screws. Custom lengths, alternative finishes, and factory curving options can be arranged on special order. The product should always be installed backed by plasterboard, never fixed directly to structural framing, and supported by suitable studwork spaced no more than 600mm apart. This ensures optimal finish quality and system integrity.
