Knauf SoundShield Plus is a specialist plasterboard engineered for builders, contractors, and site managers who demand robust soundproofing and fire performance in their partitions. Its high mass, tuned core design delivers excellent acoustic attenuation alongside fire resistance, making it a reliable choice for both commercial and residential developments. Application

This plasterboard is ideal for separating walls and ceilings where noise control and fire safety are priorities, such as multi-occupancy housing, offices, and public buildings. When installed as part of the Knauf Performer system, it provides up to 120 minutes of fire resistance and sound reduction of up to 57dB. For best results, use with Knauf Performance Plus Screws and compatible jointing compounds.
