The Keystone XHD/K-90 WIL 2100mm cavity wall lintel is engineered for trade professionals requiring extra heavy duty support across openings in cavity walls with a 90-105mm gap. This specialist lintel is tailored for 125-150mm wide inner leaf blockwork, providing reliable load-bearing performance on serious building projects. Please note, the lintel is manufactured in 150mm length increments to accommodate precise site needs.

Application

This lintel is ideal for supporting structural openings such as doors and windows in cavity walls where the inner leaf blockwork is wider than standard. It is designed to be built tightly against the inner face of the lintel, with a mortar bed applied on top of the blockwork before floor units are laid. This ensures an even distribution of load and enhanced structural integrity. Use of props during installation can speed up construction without compromising safety.
