The Keystone XCFS/K-50 WOL lintel at 2550mm length is a specialist extra heavy duty cavity wall support designed specifically for wide outer leaf constructions. Ideal for builders, contractors and site managers working on projects requiring dependable load-bearing lintels for cavity widths between 50 and 65mm. Please note, images are for illustration only and the lintel must be propped during installation to ensure safe and efficient build progress.

Application

This lintel is engineered to support openings such as windows and doors within cavity walls featuring an outer leaf thickness of 125-150mm. It is ideal where enhanced load capacity is necessary, making it a reliable choice for both residential and commercial developments. Builders should ensure that the outer leaf blockwork does not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm to maintain structural integrity. Mortar bedding above the blockwork is recommended before laying floor units to distribute loads evenly.
