Standard Terms of Delivery

  • Shortages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and noted on the delivery paperwork.
  • Collected orders are free from delivery charges.
  • All deliveries must be signed for. A charge applies for redelivery.
  • If delivery is deferred, storage charges may apply.
  • Returns incur a 25% restocking fee (excluding delivery charge).
  • Made-to-measure goods are non-refundable.
