The Keystone TJ/K-50 Standard Load Thin Joint Cavity Wall Lintel, measuring 1500mm in length, is engineered specifically for builders and contractors working on cavity wall projects with 50-65mm wide joints. This lintel offers reliable structural support under standard loading conditions and is especially suited for fast-track builds where the inner and outer leaves of the wall may be constructed in stages. Please note that lintels must be installed with firmly butted perpendicular joints to achieve the stated load capacity.

Application

Commonly used in thin joint cavity wall construction, the TJ/K-50 lintel provides dependable support over openings such as doors and windows in residential and commercial buildings. Its design allows it to be split and installed in two parts, enabling the inner leaf to be completed before the outer leaf is started — a practical advantage for phased construction schedules.
