Details

The Keystone CFS/K-70 WOL is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel specifically designed for builders, contractors, and site managers handling substantial structural openings. At 2400mm in length, it supports cavity widths between 70 and 85mm and is suited for outer leaf blockwork 125-150mm wide. For safe and efficient installation, please note the outer leaf block should not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm, and lintels should be propped during construction.

Application

This lintel is engineered to provide robust support over window and door openings in cavity walls with wide outer leaves. It’s ideal for use in residential and commercial builds where extra heavy duty load-bearing capacity is required. Proper installation includes building blockwork tight against the inner face of the lintel and applying a mortar bed on top of the blockwork before laying floor units to distribute loads evenly.
