The Keystone S/K-130 lintel is a standard duty cavity wall lintel, purpose-built for builders and contractors working with cavity widths of 130-145mm. At 3900mm long, this lintel offers dependable structural support over openings like windows and doors on typical masonry builds. Please note, blockwork should be constructed tight against the lintel’s inner face for optimum performance.

Application

Ideal for use in cavity wall construction, the S/K-130 lintel supports standard load openings in brick and blockwork walls. It is commonly installed above window and door openings where cavity widths fall between 130 and 145mm. To ensure even load distribution, a mortar bed should be laid on top of the blockwork before floor units or other loads are placed. For efficiency and safety, propping lintels during installation is strongly recommended.
