This wall tie is ideal for use in cavity masonry walls, particularly internal separating (party) walls in new-build attached dwellings. Its dynamic stiffness performance of less than 4.8MN/m³ at the standard fixing density (2.5 ties/m²) makes it suitable for maintaining structural integrity while accommodating sound insulation requirements. Compatible with all approved robust details, it supports both traditional and thin-joint blockwork, helping avoid the need for pre-completion sound testing on compliant projects.
