The Keystone HD/K-90 WIL Heavy Duty Cavity Wall Lintel at 1800mm length is engineered for professional builders and site managers needing reliable support for wide inner leaf cavity walls. It is specifically designed to carry heavy loads across openings where the cavity width ranges between 90 and 105mm, ensuring structural integrity on demanding projects. Application

This lintel is ideal for use in cavity wall construction with inner leaf blockwork between 125 and 150mm wide. It supports lintelled openings such as windows and doors, providing a strong, durable solution to bear heavy structural loads. To maintain build quality and speed, it is recommended that lintels are propped during installation and blockwork is constructed tightly against the inner face of the lintel. Applying a mortar bed on top of the blockwork before laying floor units ensures even load distribution.
