The Keystone HD/K-90 WIL is a heavy duty cavity wall lintel engineered to support openings in walls with cavity widths from 90 to 105mm. Ideal for builders and contractors working with 125-150mm wide inner leaf blockwork, this lintel offers the strength and reliability needed for load-bearing applications. Please note, the inner leaf block should not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm for optimal performance.

Application

This lintel is specifically designed for cavity walls featuring a wide inner leaf. It provides dependable support across openings such as doors and windows, ensuring structural integrity on heavy duty projects. Builders should prop lintels during installation to facilitate faster, safer construction. Mortar bedding on top of the blockwork before laying floor units is recommended to evenly distribute loads.
