This 2700mm lintel is tailored to suit 125-150mm wide inner leaf blockwork, making it a dependable choice for structural openings in cavity walls. Please note, the inner leaf block should not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm to maintain integrity.

This heavy duty lintel is ideal for supporting wide inner leaf cavity walls on demanding builds such as residential or commercial developments. It ensures reliable load distribution over openings like windows and doors, helping contractors maintain structural safety and compliance. For best results, lintels should be propped during installation to accelerate build times and provide temporary support. The blockwork must be built tight against the inner face of the lintel, with a mortar bed placed on top of the blockwork before laying floor units to ensure even load transfer.
