The Catnic CXL290 extreme load cavity wall lintel is engineered for contractors and site managers who demand reliable, heavy-duty support in cavity wall construction. With a robust 2450mm length, this lintel is ideal for projects requiring strength and durability in 90-105mm cavities with 110-115mm inner leaf walls. Please note, a separate flexible damp proof course (DPC) must be fitted during installation to ensure full protection.

For enhanced performance, Catnic CXL lintels can be supplied with expanded metal mesh fixed to the base plate as an optional extra. Ensure lintels are laterally restrained with minimum 200mm end bearing supports and inner to outer leaf load ratios between 5:1 and 19:1 to achieve the specified load capacities.
