Please note, lintels should be propped during installation to maintain safety and speed up the build process.

Application

This lintel is typically used in cavity wall construction where the inner leaf blockwork is 125-150mm wide. It provides essential load-bearing support over openings such as doors and windows, ensuring structural integrity in heavy duty applications. The inner leaf block should not exceed 25mm overhang beyond the lintel flange to maintain proper support. For optimal load distribution, a mortar bed should be placed on top of the blockwork before laying floor units.
