The Keystone HD/K-110 WIL 750mm lintel is a specialist heavy duty solution engineered for cavity walls with wide inner leaf blockwork. It’s tailored for builders, contractors, and site managers handling critical structural openings where dependable load support is essential. Please note that inner leaf blockwork must not exceed a 25mm overhang beyond the lintel flange to maintain integrity.

Application

This lintel is ideal for supporting openings in cavity walls with an inner leaf block width between 125mm and 150mm and a cavity width of 110-125mm. Commonly used over window and door openings, it provides a robust load-bearing solution for heavy-duty structural requirements. To ensure speed and safety on site, it’s recommended to prop the lintel during construction. Additionally, laying a mortar bed on top of the blockwork before installing floor units helps distribute loads evenly.
