Details

The Keystone CFS/K-90 WOL is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel engineered for professional builders and contractors handling serious structural projects. At 2550mm long, it is specifically designed to support openings where cavity widths range between 90 and 105mm, with outer leaf blockwork thickness from 125 to 150mm. Please note, outer leaf blocks must not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm to maintain proper load distribution.

Application

This lintel provides dependable support over wall openings such as doors and windows in cavity walls with wide outer leaf blockwork. It is suitable for use in load-bearing situations where extra heavy duty strength is required, ensuring structural integrity on both residential and commercial builds. To maintain build quality and safety, it is recommended to prop the lintel during installation. Blockwork should be tightly built against the inner face of the lintel, with a mortar bed placed on top of the blockwork before laying floor units to distribute loads evenly.
