Details

The Keystone CFS/K-90 WOL 1050mm lintel is an extra heavy duty structural component engineered for cavity walls with wide outer leaves. Designed for builders, contractors, and site managers tackling demanding projects, this lintel offers robust support for openings where strength and reliability are paramount. Please note the outer leaf blockwork must not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm, and lintels should be propped during installation.

Application

This lintel is specifically made for cavity walls with outer leaf blockwork thickness of 125-150mm and cavity widths ranging from 90 to 105mm. It is ideal for supporting window and door openings in heavy-duty structural walls, providing consistent load bearing across the span. To ensure maximum performance, blockwork should be built tightly against the inner face of the lintel, and a mortar bed placed on top of the blockwork before laying floor units to distribute loads evenly.
