The Keystone BOX/K-150 Solid Wall Box Lintel in the 1350mm INS version is engineered for builders and contractors working with solid masonry walls between 100mm and 215mm thick. This standard-duty lintel supports internal openings with a reliable load-bearing capacity, while the integrated insulation improves thermal performance—making it a practical choice for energy-conscious builds.

Application

Specifically designed for solid wall construction, this box lintel is suitable for spanning internal door and window openings where a 150mm wide wall is present. Its perforated profile ensures excellent adhesion with plaster and mortar, enabling a strong, stable finish immediately after installation. For best results, ensure a minimum 150mm bearing on each side of the opening and bed the lintel fully on mortar. Propping is recommended to speed up construction and maintain structural integrity during curing.
