The Keystone CFS/K-90 WIL Extra Heavy Duty Cavity Wall Lintel, measuring 3900mm in length, is engineered for contractors and site managers requiring dependable structural support for wide cavity walls. Ideal for cavity widths between 90 and 105mm with inner leaf blockwork 125-150mm wide, this lintel offers strength and stability for serious building projects. Application

This lintel is specifically designed for cavity wall construction where wider inner leaf blockwork is used. It supports openings such as large windows and doorways under heavy structural loads. To ensure the best performance and safety, propping during installation is recommended to facilitate faster construction and maintain alignment. The inner leaf blockwork should be built tight against the inner face of the lintel, with no more than 25mm overhang on the flange. Applying a mortar bed on top of the blockwork before laying floor units helps distribute the load evenly across the lintel.
