The Keystone CFS/K-70 WOL 3300mm lintel is engineered for contractors and site managers requiring a dependable, extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel. Specifically designed for cavity widths of 70-85mm and outer leaf blockwork 125-150mm wide, this lintel delivers solid support for wide openings on demanding projects. Please note lintels must be propped during installation to ensure safety and construction efficiency.

Application

This lintel is ideal for use in cavity wall constructions where heavy loads are expected, such as large window or door openings in residential and commercial builds. It supports outer leaf blockwork up to 150mm wide, providing the necessary strength to maintain structural integrity. The lintel flange should not be overhung by more than 25mm by the outer leaf, and blockwork must be built tight against the inner face for optimal load transfer. Mortar bedding on top of the blockwork before laying floor units is recommended to evenly distribute loads.
