Details

The Keystone CFS/K-70 WOL 2850mm is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel specifically engineered for builders and contractors working on substantial cavity wall projects. It provides dependable structural support for openings where the cavity width ranges between 70 and 85mm, combined with a wide outer leaf of 125-150mm blockwork. Please note that blocks are not included and must be purchased separately.

Application

This lintel is ideal for use in cavity wall construction where wide outer leaf blocks are specified, such as commercial or residential developments requiring robust load-bearing solutions. It supports lintels over doors, windows, and other large openings, ensuring the weight above is safely transferred to the surrounding masonry. For best results, the outer leaf blockwork should be built tight against the inner face of the lintel, with no more than 25mm overhang on the flange. Propping the lintel during installation is advised to maintain alignment and accelerate site progress.
