The Keystone CFS/K-70 WOL is a robust, extra heavy-duty cavity wall lintel measuring 2550mm in length, engineered to support structural openings in walls with wide outer leaves. This lintel is specifically designed for professional builders, site managers, and contractors working on serious construction projects requiring reliable load-bearing solutions. Please note the outer leaf blockwork should not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm to maintain structural integrity.

Application

Ideal for cavity walls with a cavity width of 70-85mm and an outer leaf blockwork thickness between 125-150mm, the Keystone CFS/K-70 WOL lintel provides extra heavy-duty support for openings such as windows and doors. It is commonly used in both residential and commercial builds where high load capacities are essential. To ensure optimal performance and speed of construction, it is recommended to prop the lintel during installation. The blockwork must be built tightly against the inner face of the lintel, and a mortar bed should be applied atop the blockwork before laying floor units to evenly distribute the load.
