The Keystone BOX/K-150 is a 2400mm long solid wall box lintel engineered for standard load-bearing use in masonry walls between 100mm and 215mm thick. Ideal for builders, contractors and site managers, this lintel reliably supports internal openings while offering practical features like a perforated face for plaster adhesion. Please note that lintels must be propped during installation to ensure structural integrity and speed construction progress.

Application

Specifically designed for solid wall construction, the BOX/K-150 lintel carries the full load of wet masonry immediately after installation. It is commonly used to support door and window openings within internal walls, ensuring safe load transfer above these points. Suitable for standard duty requirements on residential and commercial projects, it is essential that the lintel has a minimum bearing of 150mm at each end, properly bedded on mortar. Optional insulation can be added if required.
