The Keystone CFS/K-50 WOL 4200mm is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel engineered for wide outer leaf constructions. Tailored for builders and site managers working with cavity widths between 50 and 65mm, it delivers the robust support necessary for structural openings in blockwork walls. Please note, images are for illustration purposes only and installation details must be followed carefully.

Application

This lintel is specifically designed to support openings where the outer leaf blockwork measures 125-150mm in width. It is ideal for use in cavity wall construction requiring heavy-duty load-bearing support, such as large window or door openings on commercial or residential projects. To ensure optimal performance and construction speed, propping lintels during installation is recommended. The outer leaf blockwork must be built tight against the lintel’s inner face, with no more than 25mm overhang beyond the lintel flange.
