The Keystone HDBOX/K-100 INS is a specialist heavy duty box lintel designed specifically for 100mm solid walls. Suitable for builders, contractors and site managers tackling demanding structural openings, this lintel combines robust load-bearing capacity with enhanced thermal insulation to meet modern building standards. Please note the lintel must be installed with appropriate bearing and bedding as detailed below.

Application

Engineered to support heavy duty loading conditions, the HDBOX/K-100 lintel is ideal for spanning openings subject to concrete floor loads and concentrated point loads. The insulated version (INS) improves thermal performance, making it well suited to external walls where energy efficiency is a priority. Its perforated design ensures a secure plaster key, aiding reliable finishing on site.
