The Keystone CFS/K-50 WOL 3300mm lintel is engineered specifically for extra heavy duty cavity wall applications, supporting wide outer leaf blockwork with cavity widths of 50-65mm. This product is ideal for builders, site managers, and contractors seeking dependable structural support on demanding projects. Please note, blockwork must be built tight against the lintel's inner face, and the outer leaf block should not extend beyond the lintel flange by more than 25mm.

Application

This lintel is designed to carry heavy structural loads over openings in cavity walls where the outer leaf measures between 125mm and 150mm wide. It is commonly used above windows, doors, and other structural openings in load-bearing masonry walls. To ensure proper load transfer and speed up construction, it is recommended to prop lintels during installation and place a mortar bed on top of the blockwork before laying floor units.
