The Keystone CFS/K-50 WOL 2700mm lintel is engineered for extra heavy duty support over wide outer leaf cavity wall openings. It is specifically designed to carry significant structural loads where cavity widths range from 50 to 65mm, making it a reliable choice for builders and site managers working on robust masonry projects. Application

This lintel is ideal for use in cavity walls featuring an outer leaf block thickness between 125 and 150mm. It provides essential support over openings such as doors and windows, ensuring stability and load distribution in demanding structural scenarios. Proper installation includes propping lintels to maintain construction speed and integrity. The outer leaf blockwork should be built tight against the inner face of the lintel, with no overhang exceeding 25mm on the lintel flange for best results. Mortar bedding on top of the blockwork before laying floor units helps distribute loads evenly.
