Its robust design suits serious construction projects where cavity widths range from 50 to 65mm, with inner leaf blockwork between 125 and 150mm. Application

This lintel is specifically crafted for cavity walls featuring a wider inner leaf, supporting openings such as doors and windows under extra heavy duty loads. It is ideal for use in structural blockwork where the inner leaf thickness is between 125 and 150mm. To ensure optimal performance, the inner leaf blockwork should not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm. Propping the lintel during installation is recommended to speed up construction and maintain load integrity. A mortar bed should be laid atop the blockwork before placing floor units to evenly distribute weight across the lintel.
