The Keystone BOX/K-200 Solid Wall Box Lintel 4000mm INS is a specialist lintel designed for builders and contractors working with 200mm solid walls. Featuring built-in insulation, this lintel improves thermal efficiency while reliably supporting internal openings in your build. Please note this lintel is manufactured in 150mm increments to suit project requirements.

Application

This box lintel is used to support masonry above internal openings in solid walls ranging from 100mm to 215mm thick. Its standard duty classification makes it suitable for typical load-bearing situations on site. The integrated insulation helps meet thermal performance standards without compromising structural integrity. It is essential to provide a minimum end bearing of 150mm on each side, bedding the lintel on mortar. For best results and to speed up construction, propping the lintel during installation is recommended.
