Details

The Keystone CFS/K-150 WOL 750mm lintel is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel engineered for wide outer leaf blockwork. It is specifically designed for builders, contractors, and site managers working on projects requiring reliable structural support for openings with cavity widths between 150 and 165mm. Please note, the outer leaf block should not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm to ensure proper load distribution.

Application

This lintel is ideal for supporting openings such as doors and windows in cavity walls where the outer leaf blockwork measures between 125 and 150mm. It provides dependable strength for heavy-duty structural loads, making it suitable for both new builds and refurbishment jobs. For optimal performance, it is recommended to prop the lintel during construction and build the blockwork tight against the inner face of the lintel. Mortar should be bedded on top of the blockwork before laying floor units to evenly distribute the load.
