Details

The Keystone CFS/K-150 WIL 4650mm is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel engineered for builders and contractors working on substantial openings in cavity walls. It is specifically designed to support inner leaf blockwork between 150mm and 165mm wide, making it a dependable choice for demanding structural applications. Application

This lintel is ideal for use in cavity wall construction where a wide inner leaf requires robust support across openings such as doors and windows. It suits inner leaf blockwork widths of 125-150mm, with a recommended maximum flange overhang of 25mm to ensure structural integrity. For optimal results and to speed up construction, lintels should be propped during installation, with blockwork built tightly against the inner face. A mortar bed should be laid on top of the blockwork before placing floor units to evenly distribute the load.
