The Keystone CFS/K-150 WIL 1650mm is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel engineered for builders and contractors requiring reliable support over wider cavity openings. Suited to inner leaf widths of 125-150mm and cavity widths between 150-165mm, this lintel is a robust choice for structural openings that demand strength and stability. Please note, bricks or blockwork are sold separately.

Application

This lintel is designed primarily for cavity wall construction where the inner leaf blockwork is wider, commonly found in commercial and residential projects requiring enhanced load-bearing capacity. It supports openings such as windows and doors, ensuring that the load from above is evenly distributed. To ensure optimal performance, lintels should be propped during installation and blockwork built tight against the inner face of the lintel. Applying a mortar bed on top of the blockwork before laying floor units helps achieve even load distribution.
