Details

Siniat GTEC Drywall High Thread Screws are precision-engineered fasteners designed specifically for attaching plasterboard to timber frameworks. Ideal for trade professionals working on internal dry lining projects, these screws deliver reliable holding power with every fix. Please note screws must be positioned carefully relative to board edges and timber studs to ensure optimum performance.

Application

These screws are tailored for fixing a wide range of GTEC plasterboard products to timber studs. The coarse thread cuts efficiently into timber, reducing installation time and improving grip strength. Ideal for dryliners, plasterers and carpenters, they help streamline site workflow while maintaining a secure, lasting bond between board and framing.

Dimension

  • 3.50mm diameter x 38mm length (1.5")

Material

  • Carbon steel core with zinc coating for corrosion resistance

  • Drywall fixing screw designed for timber framework

Important: Screws must be located at least 10mm from bound edges and 13mm from cut edges of plasterboard. Position screws a minimum of 6mm from timber stud edges, ensuring a minimum 25mm penetration depth into the timber for secure fixing.
