Details

The Keystone CFS/K-130 WOL 900mm lintel is an extra heavy duty steel support designed specifically for cavity walls with wide outer leaves. Trusted by builders and site managers, this lintel reliably carries structural loads over openings in blockwork ranging from 130 to 145mm cavity widths. Please note, the outer leaf blockwork should not extend more than 25mm beyond the lintel flange to maintain structural integrity.

Application

This lintel is ideal for use in cavity walls with wider outer leaf blocks, typically between 125mm and 150mm thick. It provides essential support above doors, windows, and other openings, ensuring safe load transfer across the cavity. To speed up construction and maintain stability, it's recommended to prop lintels during installation. Mortar beds should be placed on top of the blockwork before laying floor units to evenly distribute loads.
