The Keystone CFS/K-130 WIL 4000mm is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel specifically engineered for wide inner leaf blockwork applications. Trusted by builders and site managers handling critical structural openings, this lintel ensures dependable load-bearing performance across demanding cavity widths. Please note, the inner leaf blockwork should not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm to maintain integrity.

Application

Designed to support openings in cavity walls with inner leaf widths between 125mm and 150mm, this lintel suits projects requiring robust structural support, such as large window or door openings in residential or commercial builds. Its extra heavy duty rating makes it ideal for heavy load conditions, providing reassurance on site. For optimal installation, lintels should be propped to speed construction and ensure safety. Blockwork must be built tight against the lintel’s inner face, with a mortar bed placed on top before floor units are laid to distribute loads evenly.
