The Catnic CXL330 Extreme Load Cavity Wall Lintel is engineered specifically for demanding construction projects where exceptional strength and reliability are essential. Designed for builders, contractors, and site managers working with cavity walls between 130 and 145mm, this lintel offers robust support for heavy structural loads. Please note, a separate flexible DPC is required on site as it is not included with the lintel.

Application

This lintel is ideal for use in cavity wall construction requiring high load-bearing capacity, such as commercial developments, multi-storey housing, and structural openings where standard lintels are insufficient. It supports inner leaf thicknesses of 110-115mm and must be installed with a minimum 200mm end bearing and lateral restraint to achieve specified load ratings. Optional expanded metal mesh can be supplied to enhance base plate reinforcement.
