Keystone CFS/K-130 WIL lintel measuring 1950mm (6ft 5in) long, designed for wide inner leaf cavity walls.
Extra heavy duty load capacity, suitable for demanding structural openings.
Fits cavity widths between 130mm and 145mm (5.1"–5.7") with inner leaf blockwork 125-150mm wide.
Ensures reliable support when installed with proper propping and mortar bedding.
Blockwork must be built tight to the lintel’s inner face; note that inner leaf blocks should not overhang lintel flange by more than 25mm.

The Keystone CFS/K-130 WIL 1950mm lintel is engineered for extra heavy duty support in cavity walls with wide inner leaves. Designed specifically for professional builders and site managers handling robust structural openings, it offers dependable load-bearing capacity for blockwork cavities between 130mm and 145mm. Please note, inner leaf blocks should not exceed 150mm in width or overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm for optimal performance.

Application

Ideal for cavity wall construction where a wide inner leaf is used, this lintel supports openings such as doors and windows in both commercial and residential projects. It is especially suited to blockwork inner leaves between 125mm and 150mm, providing the extra strength needed to carry heavy loads. To speed up construction and ensure stability, it is recommended to prop the lintel during installation. Mortar bedding should be applied on top of the blockwork before laying floor units to distribute weight evenly.
