The Keystone CFS/K-130 WIL 1200mm lintel is engineered for extra heavy duty support in cavity walls with wide inner leaves. Specifically designed for builders, contractors, and site managers working with 130-145mm cavity widths and 125-150mm inner leaf blockwork, this lintel provides the structural reliability required for serious projects. Please note, inner leaf blocks must not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm to ensure proper support.

Application

This lintel is ideal for spanning openings such as doors and windows in cavity walls where the inner leaf blocks measure between 125mm and 150mm. Its extra heavy duty rating makes it suitable for projects requiring enhanced load-bearing capacity, including residential and commercial builds. To maintain structural integrity and accelerate build times, it is recommended that lintels be propped during construction and that blockwork is built tight against the lintel’s inner face. Applying a mortar bed on top of the blockwork before laying floor units ensures even load distribution across the lintel.
