Details

The Catnic CXL350 is an extreme load cavity wall lintel, engineered for builders and contractors working on robust brick or block cavity walls. At 4600mm in length, this lintel provides dependable structural support where heavy loads must be carried safely and efficiently. Please note a separate flexible damp proof course (DPC) is required during installation to ensure full protection.

Application

Ideal for use in cavity wall construction with a cavity width of 150-165mm and an inner leaf thickness of 110-115mm, the CXL350 lintel supports high load-bearing walls, including those in commercial, residential, and industrial projects. It’s suitable for openings such as doorways and windows where structural integrity under heavy load is essential. For optimal performance, the lintel must be laterally restrained and have minimum 200mm end bearing supports.
