Details

The Keystone CFS/K-110 WIL 3000mm is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel designed specifically for wide inner leaf blockwork. It is well suited to builders, site managers and contractors working on substantial cavity wall openings requiring robust structural support. Please note, inner leaf blockwork must not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm to maintain integrity.

Application

This lintel is engineered to support openings in cavity walls where the cavity width ranges from 110mm to 125mm, typically with an inner leaf block thickness of 125-150mm. It is ideal for use in structural masonry projects demanding enhanced load capacity, such as large window and door openings in residential and commercial builds. Propping the lintel during installation is recommended to speed up construction and ensure correct load transfer. Mortar bedding above the blockwork is essential before laying floor units to evenly distribute weight across the lintel.
