Details

The Catnic Arch Centre is a specialist PVC-u unit designed for creating segmental brick arches over openings in external cavity walls, including traditional masonry and timber frame constructions. Its durable, UV-stable material and integrated weep vent make it a reliable choice for contractors and site managers seeking a permanent, weather-resistant centring solution. Please note, this product is sold individually and covers openings with a tolerance of plus or minus 25mm.

Application

This arch centre simplifies the construction of segmental brick arches by providing a stable and accurate formwork directly over lintels. It’s perfectly suited for use by builders and developers working on structural cavity walls where a neat and durable arch is required. The built-in weep vent helps prevent moisture build-up behind the brickwork, protecting the wall from wind-driven rain and ensuring long-term structural integrity.
