Constructed to support blockwork with a maximum 25mm overhang beyond the lintel flange.
Recommended to prop lintels during installation to ensure speed and stability on site.

Details

The Keystone CFS/K-110 WIL is a specialist extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel, intended for use by builders and contractors on projects requiring strong, reliable support over openings. Designed for cavities between 110 and 125mm with wide inner leaf blockwork, this lintel offers robust structural performance where durability is critical. Please note that blockwork should not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm to maintain integrity.

Application

This lintel is ideal for supporting wide inner leaf blockwork in cavity walls, commonly used in load-bearing masonry construction. It is suited to openings that demand extra heavy duty support such as large window or door spaces in residential and commercial buildings. To ensure optimal performance and faster build times, it is recommended that lintels are propped during installation. Mortar should be bedded atop the blockwork before laying floor units to evenly distribute loads and prevent structural stress.
