The Keystone BOX/K-150 Solid Wall Box Lintel (3450mm length) is a specialist structural support designed for builders and site managers working with solid masonry walls between 100mm and 215mm thick. This insulated ('INS') version features integrated thermal insulation, helping to improve energy efficiency without compromising structural reliability. Please note, the lintel must be bedded on mortar with a minimum 150mm bearing at each end to ensure stability.

Application

This box lintel is engineered to support internal wall openings such as doors and windows in solid masonry walls of 150mm thickness. It carries the full load of wet masonry immediately after installation, making it suitable for use in new builds and refurbishment projects requiring dependable standard duty load support. The perforated design allows plaster to key into the lintel, creating a strong, seamless finish. Propping during installation is advised to speed up construction and maintain alignment.
